We are now searching for a Lease Admin for H&M Denmark, Norway, and Island.

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Lease Administrator you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Regional Expansion team with close collaboration with stakeholders such as Lease managers and the Expansion Controller in the sales market. Together with the team in the region you will develop and streamline documentation best practice to ensure that data is correctly held, abstracted, and presented.  When people need information from a contract, you will be able to find it for them!

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to: 

  • Being responsible for the handling of lease documentation, including the signing process
  • Maintaining the data integrity of all physical and electronic lease files
  • Abstracting and providing data in a professional manner
  • Develop and streamline documentation best practice
  • Coaching, training the supporting the team in documentation way of working
  • Process improvement when it comes to the way in which we handle our lease documentation
  • Partnering with other teams within Expansion as well as other departments to verify lease information and provide support as required
  • Controlling that we are paying rents in accordance to our contracts by maintaining, forecasting and follow-up on rent payments

Besides your personality we see that you have:

  • At least 2 years previous experience working with legal documentation and contract management
  • A proven track record of working efficiently in an organised and structured way
  • Experience in extracting and presenting data in a professional manner
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt and respond to changing conditions and deadlines  
  • Ability to manage a large lease database, including inputting, editing and verifying information 
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic   
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment while managing various tasks at once
